Within 24 hours of receiving your order, please email us a picture of the damaged item and packaging in the uncommon case that your stuff arrives damaged. We'll take care of this right away for you.
Conditions
Refunds can be requested if the following conditions apply to at least any one of the following:
1.Item received is physically damaged;
2.Item received has missing parts
3.Item received is different from their description on the product detail page; or
4.Item received is defective/does not work properly.
myofficeselect does not accept refunds if the products were acceptable but the customer ended up being hurt. Errors made by the customer, such as inaccurate or missing addresses, are not our responsibility. We might need a picture of the damaged item if you find any problems. Please remember that any problems must be discovered as soon as the item is opened; otherwise, we'll assume you're at fault.
